I've spent my career in web development, navigating the shift from simple static sites to complex distributed systems. My focus is on building tools that prioritize integrity and functional excellence over psychological manipulation.
As the founder of Prism Technology, I aim to refine the digital landscape by creating high-utility software that respects the user's attention and time. We build systems that last, not just systems that scale.

Reliability
Today, software can be built and deployed faster than ever, but speed alone does not guarantee reliability. True reliability requires systems designed not just for vertical scaling, but for horizontal scaling and distributed architectures. The challenge lies in balancing time to market with the demands of future growth—making pragmatic decisions today that don’t compromise stability tomorrow. This intersection of speed, scale, and long-term thinking is where I focus my work.
High-Utility
Much of the modern web is driven by gamification, optimization for engagement, and short-term attention cycles—systems that burn hot and fast. I believe in building software that resists that pattern and instead prioritizes genuine utility. The goal is to create tools and systems that solve real problems clearly and efficiently, respecting the user’s time and attention while delivering lasting value.
User Experience
User experience today goes far beyond a beautiful interface. It is all-encompassing, shaped by every part of the system working together. Users expect software that is not only visually polished, but also fast, intuitive, and easy to use. Great user experience comes from building systems that feel good to use at every level—not just on the surface.
I have spent the majority of my career working in web development, primarily on enterprise systems. Throughout that time, I have always had ambitious ideas about building better software systems, but I lacked the opportunity to pursue them.
Over the past two years, I have been building Prism Technology, to create that opportunity.
Today, most of our revenue comes from providing web services to Canadian-based companies through Prism Design. This model allows us to remain financially stable while providing resources to Prism Labs where we can work on bringing our ideas to market!
